Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! To make sure you do, we have taken care to provide lots of information about look and fit to help you make the best possible choice. Please check out the sizing chart before ordering, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about fit. Additionally, every item is carefully inspected before shipping to make sure there is no damage before it makes its way to you.
However, if something just doesn't work and you would like to return or exchange an item, it must be sent back within the first 5 days of receipt. Please contact us by email before returning your order. Items can not be returned or exchanged if worn, washed, damaged, or if labels and tags have been removed. Exchanges or refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Leckie Apparel is a small organization, and as such we cannot take responsibility for costs related to shipping returned merchandise. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, including any duties or other customs fees. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely (in its original packaging, whenever possible), as we cannot accept damaged returns.
